REFUNDS
Refunds are only processed for faulty products and can be in form of replacement product or refund of the amount. if you are not satisfied with your purchase(change of mind is not applicable), we will simply refund your money via Bank Transfer, Jazz Cash, Mobicash, Easypaisa. To get a refund, items must be returned unused within 7 days and should be in original condition & packaging.

Change of mind is not applicable to any order but in case if you want to refund the order (if its not faulty and you just didn't like it) You have to ship the product at our warehouse address (will be provided after confirmation of the return)
25% restocking fee plus Shipping fee(Rs 300) will be deducted from the total amount before refund is processed. Your refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the order in the warehouse.
Refund amount = Amount Paid By Buyer - (300 + 25% Restocking fee)
The return shipping charges will be taken care by the customer.
Warranty of any electronic product will be considered voided if product is water damaged.

I must say one best product I have received, seems a good appreciable and recommended
The nail cutter I received in this kit is not very strong. The comb and nail cutter are mediocre quality.
The straight razor and scissor is better quality. The unboxing is reasonable nothing special though.
Liked the Kemei trimmer that came with this kit. Overall it might be an attractive deal.
Bought it couple of years ago, working perfect.
Only issue is every barber complains of scissor non edged tip
The Product Quality is so Good as described in Pictures. When i received & opened the parcel, razor wasn't working. I called to TEMFA, they sent me another one.
