Refunds are only processed for faulty products and can be in form of replacement product or refund of the amount. if you are not satisfied with your purchase(change of mind is not applicable), we will simply refund your money via Bank Transfer, Jazz Cash, Mobicash, Easypaisa. To get a refund, items must be returned unused within 7 days and should be in original condition & packaging.

Change of mind is not applicable to any order but in case if you want to refund the order (if its not faulty and you just didn't like it) You have to ship the product at our warehouse address (will be provided after confirmation of the return)
25% restocking fee plus Shipping fee(Rs 300) will be deducted from the total amount before refund is processed. Your refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the order in the warehouse.
Refund amount = Amount Paid By Buyer - (300 + 25% Restocking fee)
The return shipping charges will be taken care by the customer.
Warranty of any electronic product will be considered voided if product is water damaged.
